Is there a minimum?

Most of our products, including our specialty fiberboards and electrical insulations, require a 50-250 pound minimum. Special orders or cuts may require a higher minimum. In some circumstances, Windsor Stevens can accommodate smaller orders for a nominal fee.

My Windsor Stevens product is not the same color as it was last time I received the material. Should I be concerned?

Every roll of paper varies slightly in color because of the different color raw materials used to make the sheet. If the paper is a slightly different shade you should not worry as this product was made to the same high standards that all Windsor Stevens products are made to.

I am looking for a product called fishpaper. Do your products compare?

Windsor Stevens designed its VHR-115 as a replacement for Fishpaper with the same physical characteristics.

Is VHR-115 an alternative to vulcanized fibre?

Yes, it is currently being used with excellent results and conforms to the ASTM D-710 specification for vulcanized fibre.
